A journey created for teenagers who want to experience Italy as a film set, a place of beauties and entertainment. An unforgettable stay in famous Italian art cities: Rome, Florence and Venice. Guided tours around the most important historical sites and Museums, free-time with shopping and artisanal masks workshops, typical Italian food tastes in local restaurants around the famous villages and landscapes where the best American movies were shot…That is smart!
PROGRAM
DAY 1: arrival in ROME
- Arrival at the airport of Rome Fiumicino. Meeting with tour leader and private driver.
- Hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2: ROME
- Morning guided tour: St. Peter’s Basilica, Fori Romani, Colosseo.
- Lunch in a restaurant.
- Free tour in the heart of the city of Rome: Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna. The visit of Via dei Condotti, the center of fashion shopping in Rome with the ‘Antico Caffè Greco‘. It is the most ancient bar in Rome, famous for making coffee water ices, where VIP and well-known people from all over the world had coffee there.
- Dinner in a typical restaurant.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 3: ROME
- Guided tour of permanents sets in the Cinecittà Studios with the purpose of well-know the tradition of Italian cinema through a cultural entertainment.
- In the afternoon, guided tour of the places which made Rome immortal from a new and original perspective, on board of double-decker buses.
- Dinner in one of the typical restaurants of Rome, the fabulous city where the American movies “Eat, pray, love”, “To Rome with love”, “When in Rome” were shot.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 4: arrival in FLORENCE
- Morning arrival in Florence with tour leader.
- Hotel accommodation. Lunch in a restaurant.
- In the afternoon, guided tour in the heart of the city of Florence: Duomo with Giotto’s Bell Tower and Brunelleschi’s Baptistery and Cupola, Piazza Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza Pitti.
- Dinner in one of the typical restaurants of Tuscany, the region where the American movies “Life is beautiful”, “The Gladiator” and “Under the Tuscan Sun” were shot.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 5: FLORENCE
- Morning guided tour: Piazza della Signoria and ‘Galleria degli Uffizi’, one of the most famous museums in the world given the rich amount of unique artworks and masterpieces conserved within its walls, the majority from the Renaissance period.
- Lunch in a restaurant.
- In the afternoon, free tour in the center of the city: Ponte Vecchio with its small shops where it is possible to meet in person Italian artisans and their well-known production techniques and creations.
- Dinner in one of the typical restaurants of Tuscany, the region where the American movies “Life is beautiful”, “The Gladiator” and “Under the Tuscan Sun” were shot.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 6: VENICE
- Morning arrival in Venice with tour leader.
- Hotel accommodation. Lunch in a restaurant.
- In the afternoon, guided tour in the heart of the city of Venice: Piazza San Marco and Basilica of San Marco or, in alternative, Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs.
- Workshop in a typical Venetian masks shop: participants can get the mask they make to keep a memory of their trip to Venice.
- Dinner in one of the typical restaurants of Venice, where the American movies “The Tourist”, “The Italian Job” and “Casanova” were shot.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 7: RETURN
- Transfer to the airport of Venice Marco Polo and return.
